Here’s a guide to be enchanted by the bright glow of the holiday season in all its splendor!

Miami is a city of lights: glittering South Beach, resplendent Bayside, glowing Downtown… And when it comes to Christmas, this magical metropolis positively shines with the holiday spirit.

Zoo Lights

More than a million twinkling lights in the shape of life-size animals sparkle at Zoo Miami’s annual Zoo Lights. Visitors can stroll through the grounds as they encounter holiday-inspired light displays and take part in a digital scavenger hunt that activates an immersive Musical Vines performance. There are even Snowman-themed boat rides! Select nights through Dec. 30. Limited capacity per night.

Pinecrest Gardens Nights of Lights

The enchanting walk-through light show features a winter wonderland maze with multicolored light displays, and thousands of twinkling lights that go up, through and around the beautiful botanical landscape. There’s even a magical Story Time and a new Upper Garden under the stars! And that’s not all: You can also enjoy food, signature Pinecrest Gardens cocktails and holiday concerts on select evenings. Open through Jan. 1.

NightGarden

A beautiful, enchanted garden with a dazzling display of lights, this 23-acre attraction features holiday-themed scavenger hunts, breath-taking light sculptures, and outdoor holograms coupled with motion sensing technology. With the NightGarden FairyScope app you can even immerse yourself in an augmented reality experience. But there’s so much more! Visit rainbow-colored pathways, interact with a talking wise old tree, join a Fairy Quest, and enjoy delicious food and drinks from some of Miami’s most popular food trucks. Open through Jan. 8.

Santa’s Enchanted Forest

One of South Florida’s most popular holiday amusement parks returns for its 39th year with more than 100 attractions. And for the 2022 season, the beloved holiday outing that features South Florida’s Tallest Christmas Tree has relocated to a larger, 40-acre space in Doral. Enjoy more than 50 food stands, games and rides, surrounded by festive light displays. Attractions include Bumper Cars, Merry Go Round, Orient Express Coaster, Samba Balloon Ride, Sky High Ferris Wheel, and Spider Climb, among many other fun rides. Magic, acrobats and LED robots, and Christmas Karaoke are also part of the fun. Open through Jan. 8.

Magic of Lights

Believe it or not, at Homestead-Miami Speedway you can enjoy a light show from the comfort of your own car! That’s because it transforms into the North Pole during the holiday season with a festive drive-thru. The whole family will be dazzled by a display of LED holiday lights that bring your favorite holiday scenes and characters to life. Open through Jan. 1 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
